Children's Ministries
Betsy Frost serves as Director of Rockford First Kids, which includes KidsLife (3rd-5th grades) K2 (K-2nd grades) AkolooLand (babies – Five year olds) Champions Club (Special Needs Program) and Elementary Campus Pastor for Christian Life. Betsy’s passion is to create Reference Points in the life of a child. So that when they grow up and hit the bumps and pains of life, they will know that God loves them, He has a plan for their life and they can talk to Him about anything.
Betsy is originally from Arizona and was a part of the Phoenix Master’s Commission. After continuing her education at Vanguard University, she made the journey to Rockford to assist Pastor Jeremy DeWeerdt in starting the Rockford Master’s Commission in 1993.
After helping start RMC, Betsy became an assistant youth pastor at Detroit World Outreach in Detroit where she met her husband, Jeff. Together they have served as youth pastors at Charlotte Assembly and Orchard Grove Community Church, all in Michigan. Jeff and Betsy have been married since 1998, and have 2 amazing kids.
