Urban Express Assembly

This is the worst company I have ever had to do business with in my life. I would not wish their customer service on my worst enemy. They are untruthful, disorganized and unprofessional. I have had a warranty repair order pending with them since December 2010. I have spoken with no less than 25 different people at this place over the past 9 months and the issue is still not resolved. They have lied to me about s...ervices, sent wrong parts, sent defective parts, promised to call me back and never did, disconnected me on the phone and caused me to wait for extended periods on hold on the phone. (Doing so again as I type this review for the past 35 minutes!) Do not use this company for anything! I did not chose them. They have a contract with my warranty company so I have no other choice but to use them. If you purchase a warranty, make sure that Urban Express is not contracted or you too will be screwed! They are worthless and horrible. I cannot believe they are still in business.
